In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through chat interactions with our international clients. - Engage in chat conversations with international customers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.
- Ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer queries while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize product knowledge and resources to effectively assist customers and guide them towards appropriate solutions.
- Follow predefined guidelines and processes to handle customer requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services, and appropriately communicate them to customers.
- Night shift
