The International Business Development Manager at Farlex Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd. is responsible for expanding the company\'s global presence by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role involves market research, strategic planning, relationship building, and driving international sales growth. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Conduct market research to identify potential international markets, customers, and competitors. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to achieve company objectives. \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain relationships with key international customers, distributors, and partners. \xc2\xb7 Drive sales growth by generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals. \xc2\xb7 Evaluate market entry strategies and coordinate international market entry projects. \xc2\xb7 Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to gain a competitive edge. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Master\'s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in international business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of global pharmaceutical regulations, market dynamics, and trends. \xc2\xb7 Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
