Job Description
We are looking for a senior-level Recruiter for our Company - CIEL HR.
Role: Recruitment Consultant (Designation will be discussed during the interview)

Job Location: Chandivali (Mumbai)
Work Days/Time: 5 days a week and timings are 9.30 am-6.30 pm.
It is a Hybrid opportunity.
: (Not Limited to) * Handling a full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates through the in-house database, portals, and referrals.
- Handling the first round of HR Interviews.
- Formulating interview schedules, filing reports of candidate status, recording their joining reports, tracking hiring reports, and maintaining a resume database.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Responsible for achieving set targets assigned by the company.
- Responsible for hiring Jr - SR level roles, Lateral and Bulk.
- Responsible for maintaining healthy client relationships and excellent candidate management.
- Adhere to Company policies, procedures, and software systems
