Duration :- 3 months

Job Responsibilities:
o Meeting with Channel Partners (Broker) at their office location
o Searching New Channel Partners (Broker) and empanels with them
o Demonstrating and presenting products to CPs & Clients
o Establishing new business
o Maintaining accurate records
o Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
o Working towards monthly or annual targets
o Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
o Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
o Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network
o Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems

Skills required:

• Excellent presentation skills
• Good Knowledge of MS Office, Internet Browsing
• Excellent communication and writing skills (English will be must however knowledge of regional language will be an added advantage)
• Have passion for learning new skills
• Punctual & Self driven

Terms and Conditions

• 6 Days Working Monday to Saturday
• Time Morning 11 to evening 6:30pm

Stipend: 9 7000/-
