Your role

We're looking for a HR Operations Specialist to:

• Effectively Manage daily Onboarding requests in accordance to UBS global or regional policies and in line with country legislative standards
• make sure that our employees have a valid work permit, when needed
• treat sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion, minimizing risk of data breaches
• contribute to IT-related improvement activities within our team
• stay on top of and ensure compliance to internal policies and processes
