EXO Edge is looking for an Intern to join its Talent Acquisition team based in Mohali. You will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders to help select candidates with various career opportunities in our organization. In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:
Fulfilling the below roles and responsibilities:
- Liaise with service line managers to understand recruiting needs and guide them to create job descriptions
- Create recruiting workflow for each new position and follow diligently
- Post openings on EXO Edge’s careers page, job portals, and other social media platforms
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and drive the entire recruitment lifecycle through our ATS
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
- Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
- Track and report HR recruitment metrics like recruiting SLAs, cost of hiring, etc.
