: Legal Intern
We are a rapidly growing startup seeking a Legal Intern to assist our legal team in reviewing contracts and collecting data. As a Legal Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced attorneys and gain hands-on experience in the legal field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the review of various contracts, including but not limited to, vendor contracts, service agreements, and licensing agreements
- Conduct research on legal issues related to the company\'s operations and industry
- Collect and organize data related to legal matters, including contracts, policies, and regulations
- Assist in drafting legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and memorandums
- Attend meetings with the legal team and provide support as needed
- Maintain and update legal databases and files
- Other tasks as assigned by the legal team
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in law, or recently graduated
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prior internship experience in a legal setting is a plus
