Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening and interview co-ordination.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Help implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Assist in learning and development.
Support compliance and HR policy administration.
Qualifications :
Graduate or PG in Business Administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented with good organisational skills.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to fast paced environment.
