Under the supervision of a Team Lead, the incumbent is responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of quality assurance activities related to new client implementations, performing regular updates.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Follow Sample Operating Procedure and leverage knowledgebase acquired during ILT and material available
  • Adherence to Process Model
  • Work alongside with senior members or individually (as required) to assist in smooth integration/transition of processes
  • Demonstrate Task level ownership
  • Produce documents for each testing operation (goals, test case, expected results, schedule etc.)
  • Participate in special projects and other tasks as requested, sometimes outside regular work hours
  • Participate in internal conference calls with project teams
  • Timely communication to Project Lead
  • Support process SLA's and adherence to defined workflow
  • Exhibit sharp learning curve
Succeeding as a Associate Analyst - Quality Assurance will require the following core qualifications and skills:
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computers / Graduates with Computer Diploma (6 months and above)
  • Good knowledge of SDLC/STLC concepts
  • Good knowledge of SQL tools and databases will be considered an asset
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel would be added advantage
  • Familiarity with test plans and defect tracking systems an asset
  • Effective business communication skills (oral and written)
  • Having analytical bent of mind & problem-solving skills
  • Having behavioral competencies like teamwork, effective communication, effective time management, supporting change are added advantage
