Job Functions & Responsibilities

• 
  To ensure candidates enrollment and onboarding over the learning platform as per the batch size for the selected courses
• 
  To support training delivery for employability skills and for tech. driven courses in offline/online mode for college going youth
• 
  Building rapport with colleges and universities for the tie-up and MOU to for students\xe2\x80\x99 trainings.
• 
  Interact with potential / prospective college principal/Training & placement officers & NGO\xe2\x80\x99s through visiting them personally, Sending emails, by telephone calls to inform them about the relevant program to provide information about program features and their benefits.
• 
  To reach out to the colleges of the geography and tie up with them, Must be comfortable Travel across theNCR Region, making calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects and make new admissions/registration.
• 
  Provide complete information about courses / programs, assisting in the admissions/registration process.
• 
  Regular followup with College principal/Training & placement officer & NGO\xe2\x80\x99s on admissions/registration & post training activities.
• 
  To handle student queries and help them understand different available courses on Learning platform
• 
  Maintaining a detailed record of all the interactions.
• 
  Maintaining the database, reports and giving presentations to the Management team.
• 
  Following up with the candidates on completion of the course along with certification
