About the Internship

Forward Life Pvt. Ltd. is offering an exciting internship opportunity for PharmD students who wish to gain hands-on exposure in Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality operations.
This internship provides real-world experience in a CRO environment, allowing interns to understand documentation workflows, quality processes, and operational functions essential for clinical research projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparation, review, and maintenance of study documents such as TMF, ISF, logs, trackers, and reports. Support clinical operations teams with study coordination and administrative activities. Perform data entry, verification, and documentation in compliance with

ICH-GCP

, and company standards. Provide support for

pharmacovigilance case processing

(if assigned). Assist in SOP documentation, filing, and organizing regulatory/quality records. Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and completion of assigned tasks. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory and organizational guidelines. Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the team lead or manager.

Required Qualifications

Pursuing or completed

PharmD

. Basic understanding of

Clinical Research, GCP, PV, and Regulatory processes

(preferred). Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

. Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
