Your Role and Responsibilities As a Kyndryl intern you are expected to be talented, innovative and enthusiastic engineering professional who wants to develop and improve a wide variety of IT infrastructure that powers the Cloud and build the next generation cloud & security services to make our customers succeed.
Your Role and Responsibilities :

Responsibilities: The desired candidate will be responsible for :

• Design and development of new features
• Design and implement highly- available cloud based solutions
• Implement test-driven development practice & automate our pipelines in OpenShift and/or Kubernetes environments
• Interact with developers from our internal and external communities to implement the required controls in a way that promotes automation, rapid intervention, and self-healing everywhere possible
• Document and support our incrementally evolutive solution

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with cloud computing technologies such as AWS, VMware, Azure, and/or IBM Cloud
• Programming skills – scripting, Go, Python, C/C++, Java, or similar
• Strong enterprise class software development experience
• Strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Must be proficient in writing, debugging, and maintaining automation, scripts and code (ie, Bash, Ansible, and Python, Java or Golang)
• Ability to administrate, configure, optimize and monitor services and/or servers at scale.
