Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Be CIO of your Technology stack \xe2\x80\x93 A Technology Mutant, Obsessed with Newness, and desires to bring positive change in the WORLD of technology, solve complex use cases and business problems - with technology being the driving force. The aspirant should have excellent command and knowledge on latest and new fad technology around the industry - Retail technology knowledge is not a must but good to have.

\xc2\xb7Should have experience in developing/experimenting around technology stacks and on use cases during college projects solving pressing industry/customer/societal problems. Should be a good reader (not required to be a book worm) on latest technology news and happenings and correlate with industry trends.

\xc2\xb7 Be a CEO of your product \xe2\x80\x93 Propose ideas, should have a habit of proposing ideas around varied topics, should not stop with any biasness. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have participated in industry interfaces or college fests. Not necessary to have won top 3 awards but should be curious to know the reason behind the defeat.

Bottom line \xe2\x80\x93 Something should have achieved in life beyond technology experimentation. We need someone whose mind is no single tracked, a thinker by nature, probe with a valid reason and dig deep to come with a solution without fear of failure \xe2\x80\x93 fearless!

\xc2\xb7 Believe in ART, Be a marketer \xe2\x80\x93\xe2\x80\x9cWhat is visible sells the best\xe2\x80\x9d \xe2\x80\x93 this should be the holy grail for this aspirant. Should have excellent knowledge on MS office tools like Excel, PowerPoint along with video and poster design tools like Adobe or Canva or alike. If not having relevant exposure to tools, should take this task as a challenge - to learn and demonstrate some random vanilla idea visual concept within a week\xe2\x80\x99s time.
