We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Client Processing to join our CORPORATE TRUST team. This role is located in Pune/ Chennai, MH/ TN - HYBRID In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways: Microsoft proficient through experience in Excel, Access, and Word Experience in running queries, macros, and understanding of formulas, especially V-Lookup Detail oriented with analytical skills Prepare and transmit daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to investors, master servicers and trustees as required. Responsible for maintaining loan level accuracy on the servicing system-SBO and delivering superior ratings from outside investors on a monthly basis. Develop, analyze, and manage reporting requirements for new investors and reporting enhancements for existing investors. Coordinate information for internal and external audits of investor portfolios. Analyze remittance differences between investor reporting accounting reports and remittance reports to maintain cash in custodial account. Validate data coming from other departments and work with those departments to maintain correct cash in custodial accounts. Applying expertise in analyzing and managing large-scale, complex database applications and generating strategic reports and data analyses to propel business success Driving a wide variety of projects - including system and documentation updates, software tools, and procedural Proactively developed, instituted, and standardized multiple internal processes and produced corresponding manuals to facilitate and streamline day-to-day task performance Providing essential consultative support and building key relationships through effective interpersonal, organizational, and leadership abilities Achieving proficiency across a broad range of software programs and technical tools, with specialized expertise in Microsoft Excel To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following: Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
