Job Overview
We are hiring for the position of Interior Sales Executive (2 openings). The role requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional who can understand client requirements, present suitable design solutions, and drive sales conversions while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Set meetings & Follow-ups for closures
Identify potential clients through various channels (walk-ins, inquiries, social media, references).
Follow up on leads promptly to convert them into meetings or site visits.
2. Client Consultation & Requirement Gathering
Understand customer needs, preferences, budget, and lifestyle requirements.
Coordinate with the design team for suitable proposals.
3. Sales & Negotiation
Present proposals and close sales with a professional approach.
Negotiate terms while maintaining company profitability.
4. Coordination with Design & Execution Teams
Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the design/execution department.
Act as the bridge between client and internal teams for clarity on requirements.
5. Reporting & Targets (incentives 1% of the total approved value initially)
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
