• You will be responsible for conducting and curating workshop on subject related to interior, architecture and design
• On-boarding new instructor and trainer on our platform to conducted workshop and lectures
• Enabling this community to perform, grow and flourish is a direct indication of the effort you have built in. Any improvements with this team will be attributed towards your achievement.
• You will work with the central team to bring in insights from trainer/ Participants and suggest process improvements / product improvements.
• You will coordinate with different teams to ensure workshop/ trainers deliverables are effectively communicated and met.
• Hire and develop great talent is an integral part of this role. This leadership role will include constantly coaching/mentoring the internal team, reiterating Kaarwan values across the team.

Who are we looking for?

• Degree in Interior Designing / Architecture from a reputed Institution is must
• Knowledge of architecture and interior design software and tools
• Exposure to have built teams is an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills are mandatory
• Work location can be remote or Mumbai based on your preference
• Saturdays & Sundays will be working
• Mondays will be weekly off

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per monthBenefits:
