Job Description

Designation- Interior Designer
Highly motivated, dynamic, having good communication skills should be a sharp observer & creative thinker, capable of suggesting innovative & creative interior design solutions, detailed presentation, and excellent team-mate. Candidates must be proficient in verbal & written English communication, good computer & related software knowledge with minimum 2 year experience in Interior Design & High-end project handling.
Preferably female candidate
Qualification- Post Graduate in Interior Designing is preferable
Experience- Min 3 yrs. experience, (preferably in luxury / high-end residential project)
Core skills:
1. Analytical to gaze customer requirement and prepare mood-boards & presentation as per clients choice or preferences.
2. Should be experienced in making sectional and detailed drawing in AutoCAD, 3D Max and Sketch Up, or any other rendering software programs
3. Focused influencer of key decision maker with innovative/creative solutions.
4. Coordination with Architect, Client Senior head / project owners along with site supervision, sales team coordination, vendors coordination.
5. Knowledge of Site lay-out/map, with interior design solutions
6. Follow-ups & site visits/communication.
7. Project/Solution pricing & budget estimation.
8. Taking care of all kinds of finishes.
Duties and Responsibilities

Candidate would be assigned additional duties and responsibilities from time to time that are in favor to achieve the common goal of the organization.
