Interior Designer
Job Description
: We are looking for an in-house architect cum interior decorator for our organisation. Yourwork will involve: preparing and presenting design proposals based on the inputs given Give preliminary estimates on cost and construction time Prepare structure specifications preparing tender and planning applications and presentations producing detailed drawings using software like Auto CAD, Sketchup prepare an estimate of costings- both for interior and building negotiating with contractors and other professionals attending regular meetings with contractors and other specialists co-ordinating the work of contractors Visit worksites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans prepare 3D walk-through of the interior Qualifications and Skills: have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D) are inventive and imaginative with original creative thinking are passionate about buildings and the built environment are a good team player Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Schedule:

- Thirunagar, Madurai - 625006, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
