Job Responsibilities : Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints for interior design projects. Develop conceptual designs, mood boards, and 3D renderings to present design proposals to clients. Select appropriate color schemes, materials, furniture, and decorative elements to enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of interior spaces. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for construction and installation work. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of design projects. Oversee site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications. Keep abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into design concepts. Skills : Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong creativity and artistic ability to develop unique and visually appealing design concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and vendors. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes. Time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines and budgets.
