You'll play a key role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing end-to-end interior design solutions across our real estate and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and layouts that align with brand and project objectives
Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, including floor plans, elevations, electrical, plumbing, and false ceiling layouts
Use software such as
AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, and Photoshop
to create realistic visualizations and working drawings
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, measure spaces, and ensure design implementation
Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and contractors for timely execution and quality control
Select and source materials, furnishings, lighting, and finishes in alignment with budget and design intent
Stay updated with interior design trends, materials, and sustainable practices
Assist in budgeting, BOQs, and preparing client presentations and documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
Minimum
4-6 years
of experience in interior design (preferably with site execution exposure)
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, MS Office, Photoshop
Strong understanding of
electrical layouts, lighting plans, material selection

Excellent project management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned projects
