Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Client consultation and needs assessment.
- Develop and present design concepts.
- Efficient space planning and layout design.
- Material and furniture selection with consideration for budget and sustainability.
- Project management, including timeline and budget oversight.
- Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Previous interior design experience with a diverse portfolio.
- Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong creativity and artistic abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Understanding of sustainable design practices.
- Passion for design and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and openness to feedback.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Contract length: 24 months Salary: \xe2\x82\xb910,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb922,000.00 per month Benefits:
