We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our design team. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing interior design concepts for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform spaces into captivating and functional environments.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
- Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and space plans that align with project goals and client preferences.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that meet aesthetic and functional criteria.
- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to procure materials and furnishings for implementation.
- Oversee the installation and execution of interior design elements to ensure quality and adherence to design intent.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress and address design-related issues during construction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design practices.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3+ Years of Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
- Excellent creativity and design skills with a strong understanding of color, texture, and space.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.
- Experience in residential or commercial interior design projects preferred.
