Job Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into design -- from initial concept to final delivery (residential & commercial interiors)
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings using AutoCAD
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures -- plan colours, lighting, and interiors for aesthetic and functional design
• Create mood-boards / design proposals and present to clients/stakeholders
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers for procurement/installation and follow up till project completion
• Carry out site-visits as and when required: site measurements, progress checks, quality control, liaise for execution.
