Urgently Hiring for Interior Designer Position

Job Location - Andheri West Work From Office Job Requirement 1. 3-5 years of experience in designing luxury interior, commercial, workplace or hospitality experience 2. Creative and collaborative design skills 3. Participate in high-energy, collaborative team and project environments 4. Strong conceptual design and schematic design skills 5. Proficiency in SketchUp and photoshop 6. Develop and implement overall design concepts and finish palettes through all phases of design 7. Should have the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. 8. Possess a strong work ethic with a great attention to detail Responsibilities: 1. Research and Sourcing of Furnishings and Fabrics 2. Freehand sketching and rendering for concept and storyboard work 3. Produce CAD, elevations, sections and detailed drawings. 4. Produce schedules and selections/ specifications and experience with furniture selection and specification, detailing and construction documentation. 5. Communication and coordination with Vendors, Suppliers and Consultants for samples, pricing, and purchasing and procurement 6. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch-Up and 3-D Max, Revit experience desired 8. Experience in preparing BoQ. 9. Should be able to maintain and manage multiple project schedules. 10. Should be able to maintain coordination with Client and Senior Designer during the design phase. 11.
