Key Responsibilities

Conceptual Design & Spatial Planning

Develop innovative interior concepts and space layouts aligned with client vision, functional requirements, and project objectives.

AutoCAD Drafting & Technical Drawings

Prepare accurate 2D drawings including layout plans, working drawings, construction details, and complete technical documentation.

Design Detailing & Material Selection

Specify finishes, furniture systems, lighting concepts, and materials suitable for premium and luxury interior projects.

Decor & Styling

Curate final styling elements such as soft furnishings, accessories, and artwork to enhance the overall design narrative.

Project Supervision & Coordination

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality execution and timely project delivery.

Client Interaction

Present design concepts, gather client feedback, and incorporate revisions. Act as the primary point of contact with clients throughout all project phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture 3-4 years of professional experience in interior design with architectural exposure Proficiency in

AutoCAD

; working knowledge of

SketchUp

and

Photoshop

is an added advantage Strong command of

MS Office

,

Google Sheets

, and

Google Docs

Thorough understanding of design documentation, building systems, and detailing Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams Strong aesthetic sense with high attention to detail and effective time management skills
