Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Discuss the purpose and function of the space to be designed.
- Space Planning:
- Develop detailed floor plans and layouts, considering the flow and functionality of the space.
- Optimize the use of available space while adhering to building codes and regulations.
- Color and Material Selection:
- Choose appropriate color schemes, materials, and finishes based on the client\'s preferences and the overall design concept.
- Consider factors such as lighting, acoustics, and sustainability.
- Furniture and Fixture Selection:
- Select furniture, fixtures, and equipment that complement the design concept and meet the functional requirements of the space.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source and procure materials.
- 3D Modeling and Visualization:
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 3D models and visualizations of proposed designs.
- Present these visualizations to clients for approval and feedback.
- Project Management:
- Develop project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of the design, working closely with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Communication:
- Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to clients and team members.
- Respond to client feedback and make necessary adjustments to the design.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends:
- Keep abreast of current design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Attend industry events and continuously update skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in interior design.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and innovative design thinking.
- Day shift
- Jaipur city, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
