Job Overview:

• In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your design skills and creativity to transform interior spaces for various residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Working closely with our team, you will play a vital role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design projects that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design objectives and budget constraints.
• Develop innovative design concepts and present them through mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings.
• Optimize space layouts for functionality and aesthetics.
• Select appropriate materials, furnishings, and finishes.
• Manage project budgets and negotiate pricing with vendors.
• Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare detailed project documentation and maintain organized records.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong knowledge of architectural and construction principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
