Job Description

Design mechanical components, systems, and equipment Prepare technical drawings and specifications using CAD tools Perform calculations, simulations, and stress/thermal analysis Test prototypes and systems to ensure performance and reliability Support manufacturing processes and resolve production issues Improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness Diagnose mechanical faults and implement corrective actions Develop preventive maintenance schedules Plan, execute, and monitor mechanical engineering projects Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and budgets Ensure designs and processes meet quality standards and safety regulations Follow industry codes, standards, and statutory requirements Prepare technical reports, manuals, and engineering documentation Maintain records of designs, tests, and modifications Evaluate vendors, review technical proposals, and inspect materials Support procurement and cost estimation activities Identify opportunities for design and process improvements Stay updated with new technologies and engineering best practices
