Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation:

Meet with clients to understand their vision, needs, budget, and style preferences.

Design Development:

Conceptualize and sketch designs, create mood boards, floor plans, and 3D visualizations.

Material & Finish Selection:

Source and specify furniture, lighting, colors, materials, and accessories.

Technical Documentation:

Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and plans using design software.

Project Management:

Manage timelines, budgets, and project milestones.

Coordination:

Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

Site Supervision:

Conduct site visits to oversee installation and ensure adherence to design plans and codes.

Compliance:

Ensure designs meet safety and building codes.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Creativity & Artistic Vision Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills Proficiency in Design Software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) Detail-Oriented & Organized Problem-Solving Abilities Knowledge of Building Codes & Trends
