Responsibilities:- \xef\x81\xb6 Analyse Movements & Use Patterns of the Space; \xef\x81\xb6 Prepare Sketches or Other Visual aids to demonstrate Preliminary designs to Client; \xef\x81\xb6 Consultant with Client to select Materials, Furnishings & door; \xef\x81\xb6 Uses design applications to prepare & illustrate Final Plans; \xef\x81\xb6 Undertake design project from concept to completion; \xef\x81\xb6 Determine the client\xe2\x80\x99s goals & requirements of the project; \xef\x81\xb6 Interpret & translate customer needs into rough plans; \xef\x81\xb6 Negotiate fees & set schedules for the project; \xef\x81\xb6 Research & decide on materials and products sourcing; \xef\x81\xb6 Place orders for materials & oversee installing the design elements; \xef\x81\xb6 Work closely with designers, decorators, architects & constructors; \xef\x81\xb6 Research and follow industry changes, evolutions & best practises; \xef\x81\xb6 Determines the project timeline, costs & presents accurate estimates to clients; \xef\x81\xb6 Orders or obtains design materials (furnishings, decor, etc.), as needed, to meet the project and budget specifications; \xef\x81\xb6 Oversees the installation of design elements.; \xef\x81\xb6 Address any client complaints / concerts & works to ensure client satisfaction; \xef\x81\xb6 Stays up-to-date about current design trends & materials, techniques, and other developments in the interior design field; \xef\x81\xb6 Performs additional related duties as needed; \xef\x81\xb6 Adaptable to changing priorities and needs; \xef\x81\xb6 Manages the coordination & logistics of product deliveries & installation. \xef\x81\xb6 Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers; \xef\x81\xb6 Support VP, Visual Merchandising with new product launch planning & communication; \xef\x81\xb6 Develop schematics and floor plans clearly defining furniture and display placement Traits Required:- \xef\x81\xb6 Programming abilities to extract information and produce reports; \xef\x81\xb6 Knowledge of building & accessible codes; \xef\x81\xb6 Familiarity with all phases of projects, potential issues & proven history to produce projects; \xef\x81\xb6 Knowledge of industry construction costs & material costs; \xef\x81\xb6 Basic ability to prepare furniture cost estimates; \xef\x81\xb6 Creative eye for detail in preparation of design presentation materials; \xef\x81\xb6 Interior Design License; \xef\x81\xb6 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in design or related field; \xef\x81\xb6 Experience in healthcare, senior facilities, retail, hotel, multi-family, hospitality, hi-rise & mixed use preferred; \xef\x81\xb6 Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-Up & Illustrator; \xef\x81\xb6 Experience in Business Development and Sales \xef\x81\xb6 Project Management experience; \xef\x81\xb6 Portfolio of Design Work; \xef\x81\xb6 Highly Creative imaginative & artistic.
