Role Overview
The Designer will own the customer journey from lead receipt to final handover, ensuring seamless translation of client requirements into commercially viable and functionally robust design solutions. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to deliver projects within defined quality and timeline benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert inbound leads, including site measurement, design development, and execution tracking.
Conduct detailed requirement-gathering discussions with clients and translate inputs into functional design concepts.
Prepare and present design layouts, 2D/3D drawings, and EPTs for client approvals.
Personally manage and nurture select key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Liaise with the production and execution teams to monitor project progress and ensure on-ground alignment with approved designs.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and documentation protocols across the project lifecycle.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
Effective verbal and written communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a structured approach to design and execution workflows.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in the interior products / interior design industry.
Relevant educational background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred.
