- Restaurant Layout Design:
- Develop detailed 2D restaurant layouts, including seating arrangements, lighting plans, and spatial organization.
- Create visually appealing and functional designs that align with the overall theme and brand identity.
- 3D Rendering:
- Generate realistic and immersive 3D renderings of interior spaces to provide a visual representation of design concepts.
- Incorporate materials, colors, and lighting to enhance the visual impact of the design.
- Material and Finish Selection:
- Assist in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings to bring the design vision to life.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative design elements.
- Collaboration with Architects and Draughtsman:
- Work collaboratively with architects, AutoCAD draughtsman, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive design approach.
- Incorporate architectural elements into the overall design scheme.
- Client Meetings:
- Participate in client meetings to understand their vision, gather feedback, and present design concepts.
- Effectively communicate design ideas to clients and incorporate their preferences.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams during the implementation phase to oversee the execution of the design.
- Address design-related challenges that may arise during construction.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct regular reviews of design drawings and 3D renderings to ensure accuracy and alignment with design specifications.
- Provide guidance and feedback to maintain design integrity.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer with a focus on restaurant layouts and interiors.
- Proficiency in 2D design tools (e.g., AutoCAD) and 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max).
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
