Designation / Position: Interior Designer Company Profile: Our Interiors is an ISO 9001: 2015 Certified turnkey interior fit-out company that offers concept-to-completion services to develop Inspiring Interiors. We specialize in turnkey interior furnishing works including MEP Services and Project Management for Commercial, Residential and Hospitality Sectors. Job/Work Location: Kakkanad, Kochi - Kerala Interior Architect Qualification: B.Arch Experience: 3+ Years Must be from a Corporate Interior background. CTC: 60K PM (Max.) Male or Female Excellent Communication Develops design concepts and detailed working drawings Prepare drawing delivery schedule in line with client requirements Create design concepts and detailed working drawings and presentations to finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures. Prepare design concepts and take detailed notes to address customer requirements. Discuss and present the drawings to the client Maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities. Provides follow-up support with customers and vendors. Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers and the design and execution team. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture with minimum 4 years of experience in commercial or corporate interiors. Experience in commercial and corporate interior designing. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch up, M.S Office, Photoshop. Interior Designer Qualifications / Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and self-starter Knowledge of building and accessible codes/ industry standard codes Familiarity with all phases of projects, potential issues, and proven history to produce projects Knowledge of industry construction costs and material costs Creative eye for detail in the preparation of design presentation materials Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Max 15 Days. • Exp. in Commercial & Corporate Interior Designing.: 3 years (Preferred)
• AutoCAD, Sketch up, M.S Office, Photoshop: 3 years (Preferred)
