The role is ideal for someone with a background in HR operations and analytics, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector. This role is based in Mumbai with hybrid working.

  • Manage and streamline HR operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Analyse HR data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address workforce needs and optimise resource allocation.
  • Prepare and present detailed HR analytics reports to leadership teams.

  • Assist in resolving employee queries and concerns related to HR operations.
  • Contribute to projects focused on improving HR analytics capabilities.

  • 8-10 years of experience within HR
  • A strong academic background in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven expertise in HR operations and data analytics
  • Proficiency in using HR analytics tools and platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A detail-oriented approach to managing data and processes.
  • Immediately available candidates preferred
