Join a Swiss-based global leader in travel retail and duty-free services, operating across major airports worldwide. Take charge of end-to-end intercompany operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations, ensuring timely settlements and accurate reporting. Drive process improvements, automation, and compliance while leading a high-performing team and collaborating with regional finance teams in a dynamic, multinational environment.

• Oversee intercompany billing, cash application, invoice posting, and payment processes.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of intercompany balances and support group reporting.
• Collaborate with regional and country finance teams to resolve intercompany issues.
• Drive initiatives for process efficiency, automation, and reducing ageing balances.
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage and mentor a team, ensuring strong performance and adherence to controls.

Experienced Finance Leader:

• 16-20 years in General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, with strong intercompany exposure.
• Proven ability to manage global processes and complex business structures.

Technical Expertise:

• Advanced knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, and handling large datasets.
• Strong understanding of MIS systems and financial controls.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

• 8-10 years of team management experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
