What you can expect

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a focus on integrations. Your role will be to design, implement, and manage scalable integration solutions across internal and external platforms. You will be responsible for building APIs, orchestrations, and messaging flows. These will connect a diverse ecosystem of applications including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Avalara, and other enterprise systems.

About the Team

You should be well-versed in JavaEE, Spring Boot, API development (REST & GraphQL). This will also include integration patterns using RabbitMQ, Kafka, BPEL, and orchestration tools like AWS Step Functions and Apache Airflow. Experience in API Management, workflow automation, and secure data exchange are essential. Exposure to MuleSoft or similar integration platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and implement backend services and integration layers using

JavaEE

,

Spring Boot

, and

Spring Integration

. Develop and manage

RESTful and GraphQL APIs

for both synchronous and asynchronous communication. Build messaging-based integrations using

RabbitMQ

and

Kafka

, including stream processing and durable queues. Create and manage orchestrations using

BPEL

,

AWS Step Functions

, and

Apache Airflow

to coordinate complex workflows. Integrate with enterprise systems such as

Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Avalara

, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, SDKs, or middleware. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment practices are integration-friendly. Ensure API gateway policies, throttling, versioning, and security are properly implemented. Monitor and troubleshoot integration flows, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance. Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration architecture, workflows, and interface contracts. Adopt and integrate modern AI assisted design, coding, testing and release workflows to accelerate end-toend software development life cycle using vibe coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code.

What we're looking for

Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

10 - 12 years of experience in JavaEE, Spring, and full stack development.

Experienced in delivering

end-to-end services or products

-- from requirement gathering and design to production deployment -- with a strong focus on

quality, scalability

, and

engineering best practices

. Strong experience with

API development

(REST & GraphQL), API lifecycle management, and documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI). Deep understanding of

and deployment in

or similar environments. Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and monitor integration pipelines . Strong understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth2.0, SAML) for secure integrations. Experience in mentoring

junior engineers

Responsible for owning entire systems, driving technical decisions in collaboration with stakeholders, and proactively identifying issues--providing both short-term fixes and long-term solutions.
