Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and hard-working Scrum Master with experience in Integration and Automation services to join our Workspace Framework Team in Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, etc.)
• Mentor the team in Agile methodologies and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to support on maintaining the product backlog and guide sprint goals.
• Remove impediments to the team\'s progress and facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Cultivate a team environment that encourages dedication, open communication, creative problem solving, and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Scrum Master role for at least two years.
• Experience in native cloud services, specifically building services in AWS/Azure.
• Rough understanding of cloud architecture diagrams.
• Knowledge of Agile approaches \xe2\x80\x93 Kanban, Scrum, XP, etc. and Agile tools \xe2\x80\x93 JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
