Yoti is developing a B2B integrations framework, we are looking to enrich it with new innovative integrations that connect Yoti technology with other popular SAAS products to provide unique solutions to real-world issues using our technology.

This opportunity is to work within the Yoti Integrations team to analyze, research, and develop the new integrations.

Role Dimensions:

Business Analysts work closely with the Senior Product lead and Director of engineering, scoping out the design and technical requirements for a given analytical solution, communicating achievable timelines and check-ins to ensure timely delivery, and executing on the creation/maintenance of the proposed solution. Business Analysts are unafraid to roll up their sleeves to take raw data and flip it into something equal parts visionary, visceral, and valuable. You will be responsible for the delivery of new integrations to the market on Yoti's newly developed integration marketplace for all of its B2B products

Requirements

• Researching product market fit for each integration product
• Providing clear requirements to the development team
• Collaborate with the product team to conceptualize new integrations
• use self-serve tools to create no-code solutions
• Liaise with business executives to establish requirements for customers on bespoke integrations
• Understand your business stakeholders' objectives, the metrics that are the most important to them, and how they measure their performance
• Turning business requirements into technical requirements
• Finding and understanding the correct data sources for a given analysis
• Maintain analytical solutions and update methodologies as needed
• Aid in executing analytical requests for clients, preparing reports and/or presentations as needed, and in deriving insights to guide client's investments across multiple products and locations, solving for client's goals and objectives
• Collaborate with the Client Strategy & Insights Reporting Team on creating solutions for their usage in aiding Top Account requests
• Following the development of tickets inside an agile workflow.
• Collaborate with the wider Yoti family to input the overall product community.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Knowledge of Integrations and experience integrating with common saas platforms
• Ability to explain complicated or technical information in a simple way to non-technical audiences
• Ability to take vague requests and convert them into insightful analysis under time-constrained scenarios
• Ability to tell stories via the creation of narratives in PPT or google slides with minimal guidance
• Ability to play consultant and understand the sales or client ask and convert it to a data drive story
• Curiosity and passion for data, visualization, and solving problems
• Creativity to determine the best solution for a real-world problem with quantitative data
• Experience with reporting, descriptive statistics, probability, return on investment analysis and cleaning big datasets
• Willingness to question the validity, and accuracy of data and assumptions - and make recommendations to internal leadership that improve our ability to make decisions
• Enjoyment from collaborating with others in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• B.S. degree in math, statistics, computer science, or equivalent technical field
• Great oral and written communication skills
• Keen interest in technology.
• Self-starter - the ability to work without supervision
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
