Your role
Are you inquisitive with analytical and risk-aware mindset to solve day-to-day process problems? Do you know how to get the words out? We are looking for someone like this to:

• As part of the Credit & Rates Middle office team, we perform Validation, Reporting, Reconciliation & Exception management to highlight issues on Bookings and these are being highlighted or escalation on T0 itself.
• This would include lifecycle management of trade executing Events & Compression cycles
• Closely working with Desk & Sales on daily basis for Booking issue and playing key role for mitigating Risk
• Work with different groups withing the bank to make sure all Risk items are looked upon with adequate information before end of day
• Brainstorm within process to provide ideas to build efficiency and enrich work delivery
• Be the subject matter expert in all team activities and support teams and stakeholders.

Your team
While based full time in Pune / Hyderabad, you'll be part of Credit & Rates Middle office function. In our collaborative culture, the team works closely with number of other teams to ensure UBS's obligations are met. You would be interacting with different groups including Desk (Traders & Sales), Settlements, Confirmation, Different IT groups, etc. As part of this exciting team, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change is an everyday event and excellence is our goal.
Your expertise
You have

• Minimum Graduate degree
• Fluency in reading and writing business e-mails (English qualification will be considered)
• Adequacy in communicating via oral English, both in person and remotely
• Adequate knowledge of Windows, Microsoft office
• Understand What is Risk
• Escalation awareness would be a plus
