- Source sales opportunities through lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls
- Understand and explain the product or service to the customer
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner and close new accounts
- Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales by going the "extra mile"
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proven track record of achieving quota through outbound sales
- Proficient in both oral and written English
- Own work equipment: Desktop computer with webcam or laptop with WINDOWS Operating System (OS)
- Stable internet connectivity
- USB noise-canceling headphone
- Can start immediately and work in Pacific Standard Time (USA)
- Paid time off
