Job Description

Senior Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

outbound sales calls

to prospective and existing customers. Achieve and exceed

assigned sales targets

through effective communication and follow-ups. Manage

customer queries and escalations

, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction. Maintain and report

daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (KPIs)

to the sales manager. Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and feedback.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales

. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

with a customer-centric approach.

Target-driven

, self-motivated, and proactive attitude. Experience in

consumer electronics, AMC, or warranty services

will be an added advantage. Proficiency in CRM tools or MS Excel preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
