Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

Drive business growth by building and developing a sustainable and productive distribution force within the agency channel.

Team Management:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of agents and other field staff (e.g., SDMs, UM, AM, BDMs) to foster a cohesive and high-performing unit.

Target Achievement:

Consistently achieve or exceed the branch's sales targets for health insurance products.

Strategy Implementation:

Implement tactical and strategic business initiatives and drive campaigns for upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales.

Market & Competition:

Track local competition and align monthly business activities to achieve sales objectives.

Agent Development:

Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing support to agents to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.

Operational Management:

Ensure the smooth functioning of the branch operations, including customer service protocols and compliance with company policies.

Customer Satisfaction:

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and query handling.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
