Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to individuals and businesses, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for life, health, and general insurance products. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding insurance plans, terms, and claims. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Attend industry events, training sessions, and workshops to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field (Business)

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
