Job Description

The Insurance Renewal Executive is responsible for managing and ensuring timely renewal of motor insurance policies for existing customers. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with insurance companies, and achieving monthly renewal targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact existing customers whose vehicle insurance is due for renewal. Explain renewal options, policy coverage, and benefits to customers. Generate renewal quotations and negotiate renewal terms with insurance companies. Follow up regularly with customers to ensure on-time renewals. Process renewal documentation and update records accurately in the DMS/CRM system. Achieve monthly renewal targets and maintain a high renewal retention rate. Handle queries and resolve customer issues related to insurance policies. Coordinate with the sales and service departments to generate leads for new insurance and renewals. Maintain good relations with insurance company representatives and ensure smooth processing of policies and claims. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly renewal reports to management.
