Job Summary:
To liaise with the Insurer/Broker to collect policies related to the Financial Lines of business, and accurately review and issue them to the client.Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensuring Polices are reviewed diligently as per agreed guidelines
• Maintaining and updating the centralized inbox and tracking database regularly
• Liaising with team members and US peers to ensure all aspects of Policy are addressed
• Maintaining detailed records of communication with all parties, including changes being made on the Policies
• Working as per compliance requirements of the organization
• Extreme focus on quality with the understanding of the financial implications
• Consistently meeting service levels agreed with all relevant parties involved in the Policy checking process
• Escalate errors and breaches to the Lead
• Revert to emails in a professional manner

Active participation in all interactions (Team huddles, stakeholder discussions, etc.)Qualifications & Skills:Qualifications: Graduate (Any Stream)Skills:

Insurance experience preferredExperience:
