- Recruit Agency Partners and advisors.r
- Coordinate for the regulatory trainingsr
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly choreography.r
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Agency partner meetings.r
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the monthr
- Joint field work along with Agency partners and advisors to source insurance policyr
- Drive business submission and issuances.r
- Lead Generate, Drive Business Target.r
- Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved.r
- Business Reporting, MIS on sales call, Lead Utilization, conversion are tracked, daily basis.r

- Sales acumenr
- Solid understanding of policies and products.r
- Be able to provide mentorshipr
- Strong leadership qualitiesr
- Excellent interpersonal skillsr
Education: Any Graduate
