Insurance Operations (Policy Renewals) - (8 Years+) - Mumbai
We\'re in search of candidates with excellent communication skills and a minimum of 8 years of experience in Insurance Operations. Preferably, we\'re looking for someone with involvement in Policy renewals, and the flexibility to work during US Shifts is essential.
Location- Mumbai

Responsibilities: * Acting as the primary point of contact for the branch, providing comprehensive support
- Understanding and implementation of guidelines, policies and procedures
- Responsible for end-to-end support of the policy lifecycle services
- Supporting a team of 4 - 5 Client Managers (~70 Accounts) at the branch
- Conducting end to end renewal activities
- Fostering and maintaining a positive relationship with branch (onshore) staff to enhance the overall customer experience
- Handling queries effectively, aiming to minimize re-work at service center
- Flexible to work in any shift timings as per business requirements
- Hands on experience in Healthcare Insurance with Employee Benefits.
