Sales & Strategy: Develop strategic plans, set sales targets, and implement promotional activities to expand customer base and achieve business goals. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales agents to improve performance and ensure they meet objectives. Operations Management: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and efficient functioning. Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and manage potential risks. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, handling queries and complaints. Performance Monitoring: Analyze performance reports, identify areas for improvement, and report progress to senior management. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and new products to offer competitive solutions.
