: Industry: Insurance Product: general insurance, claims data management Designation: back office assistant Profile: day to day data entry, insurance claim updating, follow-up with TPA (Third Party Administrator ) over a call, etc., : We require a candidate who has the knowledge of insurance industry and is willing to work and grow in the field . The candidate will have to : Undertake insurance quotation follow ups, informing and coordinating with clients for their renewals, Cross selling of Insurance products, generate new leads, policy issuance, endorsement look after etc . Receiving /Uploading Proposal Forms Information data entry Insurance Quote Creations Proposal Generation Issuing Insurance Policies Booking the Premium in MIS Claim Payment Disbursement Reverse adjustment Coordinating with insurance companies over email and phone for proposals etc . Candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi , English & Gujarati
