Receive accident or damage vehicles and collect necessary information from customers.
Register insurance claims with respective insurance companies.
Prepare and submit
estimation reports

photographs
, and
repair orders
to insurers.
Coordinate
survey scheduling
with insurance surveyors or assessors.
Ensure timely approval for repair jobs from the insurance company.
2. Documentation & Administration
Prepare, verify, and maintain all insurance-related documentation.
Maintain records of claims, approvals, pending cases, and payments.
Follow up on claim settlements and ensure payment collection from insurance companies.
Handle billing procedures for both the insurer and the customer (if partial claim).
3. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate between customers, the workshop's technical team, and insurance surveyors.
Explain the claim process to customers and update them on claim status.
Work closely with Bodyshop advisors and estimators to ensure accuracy in estimates.
Maintain strong relationships with insurance representatives and surveyors.
4. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all insurance claims adhere to company and insurance provider policies.
Track claim turnaround times and report delays or issues to management.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly claim status reports to the workshop manager.
